About Holy Hyper:
Be ready to smile, sweat, and connect through fun workouts and fantastic conversations as we explore our faith, fitness, and wellness together.
Each week we’ll rotate between fun outdoor activities and share in rich conversation about faith, health, and wellness. Activities will include hiking, jogging, paddling, yoga, kickboxing, and more.
