Iām not on the mountaintop yet.
Iām just three steps ahead, with my hand out to pull you up with me.
Small-town Michigan mom of two, outdoorsy to a fault, expert seamstress, and a former teacher who spent years being great at taking care of everyone else while quietly unraveling on the inside.
Wine oāclock. The 2am brain bursts. A drawer full of half-started notebooks. I lived all of it. Then I found rediscovered a way that's a simple, faith-rooted and worksĀ every time.Ā I used this inĀ my own life to helpĀ wtih health troubles, grief, quitting drinking, my marriage, relationships, career, and my too-fast adhd brain.
And š theĀ š spinning šĀ finally šĀ stopped.
I still cuss a bit, sip on a local IPA, like chocolate more than broccoli, and have mini temper tantrums. Iām not smarter or more accomplished than you...Ā I've simply walked the part of the trail youāre standing on, and Iām turning around to lend a hand and show you the next step.
