Hi, I'm June

Small town mom of two. Happily married. Outdoorsy. Former teacher. Formerly burnt out and hiding it really well. Forever Faithful.

I spent years being great at caring for everyone else while quietly unraveling on the inside. I wasn't sleeping, wasn't moving the way I used to, was hiding my emotions and my tummy, and was tired of trying "the one things that'll fix your life!" solutions.

Then I figured some things out. Not all at once — slowly, messily. Then throw in an ADHD diagnosis from left field (actually... there were signs), hormonal shifts, and a lot of trial and error.

I decided to start over, leave teaching, and use everything I've learned in my forty years to help women like me stop surviving and start actually living.

I'm not a guru, not a jaded radio host. I'm your most knowledgeable friend — the one who did the research so you don't have to, who will laugh with you at the absurdity of trying to do it all, and who genuinely believes you can have more health and joy than you ever thought possible.
